Group Therapy & Workshops
Group therapy facilitates an intervention for multiple clients by one or more healthcare providers. Sometimes just referred to as "groups", this type of therapy has many benefits for a variety of conditions and mental health struggles.
For example, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and borderline personality disorder are conditions for which groups bring opportunities to achieve the best possible outcome.

Group therapy allows people to hear different points of view, offer and receive support, and learn from other people's experiences. Groups can strengthen your skills in relationships, emotion regulation, parenting, and building self-esteem and confidence, but it can also be valuable to treat depression or feelings of social isolation.
Groups promote socialisation and connection, allowing participants to develop a sense of belonging and feel like they are not alone in facing their challenges.
