Services
I help and support people overcome obstacles and challenges, whether they are related to mental health, disability, or life’s everyday struggles.
My therapeutic approach is warm and gentle, collaborative and practical. I’m neuroaffirming and person-centred, meaning I respect the way your brain works rather than trying to “change” it. I draw on evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed practice to help you build insight, develop emotional awareness, and find strategies that fit your life. I listen deeply, giving you space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences safely and at your own pace.
As a clinical supervisor, I provide services to mental health clinicians, social workers, and other allied health practitioners who want to feel more confident in their work and create a meaningful career.
My approach is flexible and person-centred. You can visit me in the clinic (Leederville or Victoria Park), or if you prefer, I can come to you at your home, your workplace, or another safe and comfortable space.
Too far away? Telehealth is an excellent option for many therapeutic interventions and supports.
Not sure what type of support you need? Feel free to contact me for a free and confidential chat — I’m happy to help you work out where to start.

Behaviour support focuses on understanding why behaviours happen and what a person may be trying to communicate through them. Our approach is person-centred, practical, and tailored to the individual, with a focus on improving quality of life, building skills, reducing distress, and supporting safer, more positive outcomes across everyday environments.

Besides behaviour support, we provide other therapeutic services for people living with a disability who are funded by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Our services focus on building skills, improving daily living, and enhancing overall wellbeing.
We focus on therapeutic interventions, functional behaviour assessments, and functional capacity assessments.

Counselling & Therapy Services
Individual therapy is a joint process between a therapist and an individual in therapy. People may seek therapy for help with issues that are hard to face alone or if they have a mental illness.
We provide individual therapy for NDIS participants, private clients, and through the Medicare Better Access Scheme. If you're not sure if therapy suits your situation or needs, please reach out for information.

We provide clinical supervision to support social workers and mental health professionals by offering oversight and support from a more experienced provider. To become accredited or registered to practice, all mental health providers must complete a minimum number of therapy hours while receiving clinical supervision. We will happily support you through this process!
