Fees and Rebates
Core Counselling & Consultancy charges fees in accordance with recommended fees by governing bodies.
​Core Counselling & Consultancy provides services through Medicare and rebates apply to clients with a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP.

Private health fund rebates may apply, please check with your provider.

Reduced fees are available, but with limited capacity, and conditions apply. Should you want to discuss your eligibility for reduced fees, please reach out to us here.

Standard Session (non-NDIS)

NDIS Services
All NDIS Services, including report writing, are billed in accordance with the NDIS pricing arrangements for Capacity Building. We accept referrals from self- and plan managed participants.
Travel Charges NDIS
Travel is billed in accordance with the NDIS pricing arrangements.
Other Services
Report writing, communication with other parties, consulting.

Cancellation Policy
To guarantee the most accessible service we charge fees for late cancellations.
<24 hrs notice = full session fee applies
24-48 hrs notice = 50% session fee applies
48+ hrs notice = no cancellation fee
No attendance at appointment = full session fee + travel fee (if applicable)
