A BIT ABOUT ME
Who am I?
My name is Lotti. I’m an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, Clinical Supervisor, Therapist, and Behaviour Support Practitioner. I’m also a dog lover, banana bread enthusiast, keen traveller, and someone who feels most at home in the outdoors.
If you see a photo of me, chances are I’m hiking a trail, running along the coast, paddling on the water, or enjoying the beach — and if not, I’m probably curled up with a dog and a good coffee.

There are some things in life that bring pure joy, and those are mine. Every time I get the chance to do them, I feel lucky. Lucky to be able, and lucky to be free. But I also know that not everyone has the same opportunities to feel that sense of freedom or ability. That awareness has shaped my entire career and is why I love the work I do.
For nearly two decades I’ve worked alongside people navigating mental health challenges, disability, and life’s toughest transitions. My approach is grounded in compassion, respect, and evidence-based practice — but more than anything, it’s about connection. I believe everyone deserves the chance to feel capable, to live with dignity, and to experience the things that bring them happiness, however big or small those things may be.

I also bring my own lived experience of mental illness within my family. It’s taught me how much our wellbeing is shaped by the people we surround ourselves with — the ones who lift us up, who encourage us, and who walk beside us when life gets heavy.
It’s also taught me the importance of creating space for the right connections, and the courage it sometimes takes to step away from relationships that don’t support your growth or health. This perspective is part of why I value authentic, supportive networks so deeply, both personally and professionally.

I love nothing more than being part of someone’s journey — whether it’s helping a teenager manage anxiety, supporting a family through complex behaviour challenges, guiding a practitioner in supervision, or advocating for clients within systems that often feel overwhelming. To me, this work isn’t just a profession; it’s a privilege.
At my core, I’m someone who thrives on strengthening connections — between people, between possibilities, and between who you are now and who you want to become. Whether I’m baking banana bread for friends, planning my next travel adventure, or sitting with a client during a breakthrough moment, I carry the same values with me: authenticity, curiosity, and hope.
