Counselling & Therapy Services

Counselling and therapy will help you address problems or unwanted feelings you may experience. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, ongoing sadness or unhappiness in managing relationships, therapy can help you better understand what you are feeling and why and how your feelings influence your life and behaviour in it.​

 

We provide evidence-based interventions derived from cognitive theories and mindfulness during therapy sessions.​ The focus will be on developing confidence, resilience, and valuable strategies to help manage those problematic and unwanted feelings and overcome obstacles.​

Our face-to-face services are mobile, which means we come to where you need us to be; this can be at your home, your place of employment, or any other location suitable to therapy. Please contact us to discuss suitability.

With 20 years of clinical experience, I am skilled and certified to provide services using evidence-based interventions, assessments, and therapies.
