The result of not experiencing solid friendships can be significant and long-lasting, and it may lead to feeling isolated.
Having friends, even one or two, increases confidence and self-esteem in young people while they develop into adults.

Our training focuses on elements that help teenagers develop skills they implement in everyday life, such as communication and conversational skills, handling disagreements or conflicts, dealing with peer pressure, problem-solving and decision-making, and choosing the right friends and relationships.
