Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a joint process between a therapist and an individual in therapy. The therapy goals can be to implement change or improve quality of life. People may seek therapy for help with issues that are hard to face alone or if they have a mental illness.

Parent Support

Every family is different, and dynamics within a family unit can be tense and difficult to manage sometimes. With parenting support, we aim to bring a foundation of support while focusing on growth and development in the family unit. Parenting programs like Circle of Security are available in group and private sessions.

Groups

Group therapy or attending group workshops can be a great way to build skills and meet like-minded people who have struggles similar to yours. You may learn a lot from other people who attend the same group as you, without feeling alone or isolated. Group sessions are facilitated by a professional and often lead to helpful discussions and learning materials.

Early Intervention

Suppose an individual does not meet disability requirements to receive NDIS funding. In that case, they may be eligible under the early intervention requirements. Early intervention is usually early access to support to help reduce the functional impacts of an impairment. Early intervention services can be for both children and adults.

Clinical Supervision

We provide clinical supervision to support social workers and mental health professionals by offering oversight and support from a more experienced provider. To become accredited or registered to practice, all mental health providers must complete a minimum number of therapy hours while receiving clinical supervision.

Telehealth

If you are not able to travel to your appointments due to your geographical location or your busy schedule, we offer Telehealth services for all our therapies, assessment, and interventions. Telehealth is an appropriate alternative for face-to-face sessions and only requires a good phone or internet connection.

Friends Talking Outside

We work with individuals across the lifespan who have a disability, mental illness, or mental health struggles. We deliver services to NDIS participants under Capacity Building (Improved Relationships or Improved Daily Living funding). For clients with a GP Mental Health Care Plan, a Medicare rebate or rebates through your private health insurance may be available. If you would like a confidential conversation about what service you require or what funding is available, please call us, and we will assist you.
